Growing up watching my dad, Zac Stephenson, work hard and take pride in every floor he installed, it didn’t take long before I was right there beside him—learning the ropes, mastering the craft, and understanding what true quality and customer service really mean. With over 35 years of experience under his belt, Zac trained me hands-on, passing down not just skills, but a work ethic rooted in honesty, precision, and treating every home like it’s our own.

Now, as part owner and the lead installer of our family-run flooring company, I’m proud to carry forward what my dad built. From detailed prep work to clean, beautiful finishes, I ensure every job—big or small—is done with the same care and quality that have become our trademark. While Zac has stepped away from installing, he’s still a huge part of the flooring world. Outside of work, I’m proud to be building something just as meaningful—my own family. Alongside my fiancé Brittney and our one-year-old son, I’m motivated every day to grow this business into something lasting for the next generation.

That sense of tradition and commitment runs deep. I was a Boy Scout growing up, with my dad as my Scoutmaster—and I’m proud to say I earned the rank of Eagle Scout under his leadership.
